If you’re someone who’s passionate about books, engaging, and has a strong presence on social media, we’d love for you to join our team!

As a member of IRIS, you’ll have the chance to collaborate, create amazing content, and be part of something truly special!

Here are a few things to note before proceeding to the first step:

Absolutely no AI. This includes gen AI like ChatGPT. This includes content on your social accounts, profile pictures, and AI written reviews. We do check Goodreads links for AI reviews.
This is a selective application process and not everyone will be chosen. If you're not selected, you are always welcome to come back at a later date and reapply.
IRIS is tailored specifically for fantasy, romantasy, romance, dark romance, thriller, and/or horror authors, influencers, and readers.
Each application will be reviewed based on content quality, engagement, audience demographics, and alignment with our brand values.
You must have a public Instagram, Facebook, and/or TikTok account, and post mostly bookish content.
Selection is not solely based on follower count, but also authenticity and content originality.
We are looking for influencers who align with our brand’s mission, aesthetic, and target audience.
Prior ARC or Street Team experience is a plus.
Canva knowledge is a plus!

Do you tag authors in critical reviews on Social Media? Critical meaning pointing out anything you do not like about their book. Honest reviews are encouraged and important, but we do not support tagging an author in them regardless of rating.

DO NOT SHARE ANY GRAPHICS, MOCKUPS, OR PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS OUTSIDE OF THIS GROUP FOR ANY PURPOSES OTHER THAN PROMOTIONAL PUBLICITY. DO NOT SHARE ANY EPUB OR PDF FILES WITH ANYONE. EVER.
